Blahblah hot sex--whatever.

What I want to comment on is the perfectly awkward brotherhood of Cooper and Blaine as demonstrated by Cooper's hamfisted attempt at telling Blaine he was fine with Blaine being gay (and that it would arise out of Cooper's own feelings of inadequacy, OF COURSE) . Because, you know, it can't be easy for them to feel comfortable sharing their feelings about something this important--as evidenced by their early interactions in 3.15--and I applaud Cooper for acting on his desire to let Blaine know it's okay. And I LOVE that you showed Blaine's very real combination of happiness and embarrassment at what Cooper did for him. Such a small part of the story, but my favorite for showing a perfect tiny glimpse into the Anderson brothers' relationship.

Ha yes I have never written a Cooper-Blaine story because I'm not sure it would be a story, just these little moments of headcanon of ways they would relate to each other. So those moments show up instead in stories that focus on other things. I'm glad you enjoyed it!

I just read Ash & Phoenix. I'm... not sure how to comment coherently. I'm so overcome with emotion; there are actual, honest to goodness tears in my eyes. That was mapped out so beautifully; so poignant, layered with deep undercurrents of longing, home, pain, courage, love and just insane Hotness (for lack of a better word). Wow. Just. Wow. Blown away. And hey! you didn't need to thank me! You're most welcome. But woah, thank you 've never seen my name in an Author's Note before. I'm feeling a Bit Too [undeservedly] Pleased w/ myself now. Hehe. Thank you! And whether I needed to thank you or not for the help, I wanted to because IT WAS SO MUCH HELP. I mean, I got to think about these things with you guys and it helped me develop romantic porny headcanon for this story and without the history-of-accessories-with-chains I honestly don't know where this story would have gone. Once I had that, the elements started to fall into place. So gosh darn it I AM GOING TO THANK YOU AGAIN and YES YOU SHOULD FEEL PLEASED WITH YOURSELF. Deservedly so.
