Because cats are awesome. I didn't used to be a cat person - I was raised with dogs, and the first cat I lived with - poor thing - I would plop down on the couch next to her and pet her like a dog and she would immediately run away. Which I never understood. Now I understand that they are cats, so me and the feline kingdom do a lot better.
I have no idea why I write so pretty. I think it's because I love words, and write all the time for my job, and am not allowed to write pretty for my job. So I indulge myself :) Also, I really like Charles Dickens. There. I said it.
(Oh, wait, that was a rhetorical question, wasn't it?)
Timeline: Yeah, Kurt is in his uniform most of the day; why not repeat his fave civilian outfits two days in a row?
