Fic summary:  Blaine is drunk at Scandals and asks Dave Karofsky to tutor him in math. An unlikely friendship forms among Dave, Blaine and Kurt. AU from 3.05 with canon elements.

Notes: It probably will help if you’ve seen 3.12 “The Spanish Teacher" and Moulin Rouge! but it’s not strictly necessary. Also, since I’m playing with canon the past few chapters and some people may be panicking, now’s a good time to say I completely ignore 3.14 “On My Way" in this fic. Although there is angst in this story, there will never be *that* much angst.

Chapter 9

Blaine’s been in Cincinnati for a few days, staying with his aunt after the surgery, when he receives a text from Puck.

Puck: You better come back soon. Mr. Schue brought in this guest teacher today to show us how to get our Latin spirit on, and your boy is totally eye-fucking him.
Puck: Which I have to admit, I would too if I was gay, because this guy is almost as hot as I am.
